1) What You Are Licensing

Your license grants permission to print and use Got It Puzzles PDF content for your waiting room within the number of physical locations covered by your plan. Content is licensed, not sold.

2) Licensed Location Definition

A “location” means one physical address where you display or distribute printed puzzles (medical practice, dental office, clinic, therapy office, etc.).

3) What You May Do (Allowed)

• Print puzzles and place them in your waiting room
• Give printed copies to visitors/patients for personal use on-site
• Store the PDF files internally for your licensed use
• Print weekly packs throughout your active license term

4) What You May Not Do (Not Allowed)

• Share the PDFs with other offices not covered by your license
• Upload puzzles to public websites, social media, or shared public drives
• Resell, redistribute, or bundle puzzles with a product for resale
• Remove copyright notices or claim the content as your own

5) License Term

Annual licenses are valid for one year from purchase (or the stated annual period) and must be renewed to continue printing and using new weekly content. Previously delivered files may be retained for internal recordkeeping.

6) One-Time Add-Ons

One-time add-ons (for example, Doctor’s Edition and Custom Branding/Logo Setup) are not annual subscriptions. These are delivered once and do not expire unless otherwise stated in writing.

7) Custom Branding Option

If you purchase Custom Branding, we will place your office name and/or logo on the printouts we generate for your licensed use. Custom branding does not transfer ownership of the puzzle content.

8) Questions or Special Cases

If you have multiple locations, corporate ownership groups, or unusual situations (shared suites, multiple practices at one address), contact us and we’ll help you choose the correct plan.
